With a strong background as a Registered Nurse, Cristina founded Fil-Am Home for Seniors decades ago with a simple mission: to give seniors compassionate, nurse-led care in a true home setting. Her clinical expertise and family-first philosophy laid the foundation for the high standards of care we maintain across all our locations today.
Michelle Caparas
Director of Resident Care
Bringing valuable nursing experience and a gentle touch, Michelle works directly with our residents, caregivers, and visiting physicians. She focuses on daily health monitoring, medication oversight, and ensuring each resident’s individual care plan is seamlessly carried out.
